About the role
We are looking for a Application Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team. You will contribute across a range of client projects spanning web, mobile, and product development. You will be expected to take ownership of your work, communicate proactively, and deliver to a consistent standard within agreed timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications across client projects
- Translate design specifications and requirements into functional, well-structured code
- Collaborate with designers, project leads, and developers to deliver projects on time
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently
- Communicate proactively on project status, blockers, and timelines
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuously improve code quality
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in one or more of: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, WordPress or equivalent technologies
- Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of delivering results with minimal supervision
- Clear and professional communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines consistently
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude) as part of day-to-day workflow
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in a digital agency or client-facing environment
- Familiarity with Git and standard deployment workflows
- Exposure to mobile application development (iOS and Android)
- Ability to implement pixel-accurate designs from Figma or similar tools
