About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Expert Application Developer with a specialization in Sitecore CMS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and developing scalable, high-quality digital solutions, with a focus on content management systems and modern web technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives, implement greenfield solutions, and modernize existing platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling omnichannel experiences, enhance customer engagement, and drive innovation through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as SaaS-based digital experience platforms, headless architectures, and AI-driven personalization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in Sitecore CMS development and architecture is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and .NET technologies, along with familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure. Certifications such as Developer Certification or System Administrator Certification are highly preferred. Experience with migration projects, SaaS-based platforms, and deploying on edge platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or GCP Firebase will be considered advantageous. A proven track record of developing reusable components, optimizing performance, and integrating with third-party systems such as ERP is also desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Sitecore CMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks, including SaaS-based digital experience platforms, headless architecture, edge computing, and Gen AI.
- Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to create seamless omnichannel experiences that enhance customer engagement and personalization.
- Develop and deliver project artifacts, proof-of-concept prototypes, and pilot solutions to validate new approaches.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous code reviews, adherence to best practices, and comprehensive testing.
- Assist in the architecture of web and mobile applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Implement personalization, audience segmentation, email campaigns, and customer journey analytics while maintaining data security and privacy compliance.
- Integrate digital solutions with third-party systems, including ERP and other enterprise platforms.
- Support migration efforts from managed services to in-house hosting and SaaS-based headless architectures.
- Deploy applications on edge platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or GCP Firebase, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and continuously improve digital experiences.
