About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated App Developer with expertise in Flutter and iOS development to join our team immediately. In this role, you will take ownership of building and scaling high-quality mobile applications from the ground up. Your primary focus will be on our AI Tutoring product, which aims to revolutionize personalized learning experiences through intelligent tutoring systems. Additionally, you may work on parent-facing applications and engaging math gaming platforms, contributing to a diverse portfolio of educational tools. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of experience in mobile app development. Strong hands-on experience in Flutter (Dart) is essential, along with proficiency in native iOS development using Swift or Objective-C. Familiarity with local storage solutions such as SQLite or similar technologies is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to make independent technical decisions, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is highly desirable, as is a proactive approach to development challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, including development, testing, and deployment, from inception to release.
- Implement native iOS integrations and functionalities as needed to enhance app capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and reliability, addressing issues related to crashes, latency, and other performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and the establishment of best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
