Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align development activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to design and optimize data structures that support application functionality.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into effective data models.
- Ability to work with relational and non-relational database systems to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
