Job Overview
We are hiring Application Developers (freshers or up to 1 year experience) who can build, deliver, and take ownership of real working products.
This is not a learning-only role. You are expected to write clean, functional code, fix issues quickly, and deliver features on time. If you rely on constant guidance or delay execution, this role is not for you.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and maintain mobile applications (Driver & User apps) and admin panels
Write clean, scalable, and production-ready code
Fix bugs and issues without delays or repeated follow-ups
Implement features exactly as required — no half-complete work
Work closely with testers and resolve reported issues quickly
Ensure performance, stability, and responsiveness of applications
Handle deployments, updates, and version control properly
Take full ownership of assigned modules and deliver end-to-end
What We Expect
Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
Strong fundamentals in programming (any stack: Node.js, React, Flutter, etc.)
Ability to understand requirements and execute without hand-holding
Problem-solving mindset — not excuse-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear communication and accountability for your work
Willingness to work in shifts if required
Preferred (Adds Value, Not Mandatory)
Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS or cross-platform)
Familiarity with backend systems, APIs, and databases
Understanding of real-time systems or ride-hailing/logistics apps
