Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of application solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application design processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
- Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical designs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive application solutions.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within a dynamic project environment.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange among stakeholders.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
