Summary:
As an Application Designer, your day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting solutions that align with organizational processes. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that the applications developed support seamless business operations. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and contribute to the overall project objectives by providing thoughtful design insights and recommendations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
- Document and communicate design specifications clearly to development teams.
- Support testing and validation of application features to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application design principles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Time Tracking.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and application design methodologies.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into functional application designs.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday US Time Tracking.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
