About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Application Associate to support our Global Mobility team. In this role, you'll research international job opportunities, submit applications on behalf of clients, and track the complete application journey.
If you're someone who enjoys internet research, discovering new opportunities, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Research international job opportunities across various countries and industries.
- Search and shortlist suitable vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, and other global job portals.
- Submit job applications on behalf of clients based on their profiles.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with recruiters, employers, and customer support teams whenever required.
- Keep clients updated on application progress.
- Stay informed about international hiring trends and emerging job platforms.
- Work closely with the Global Mobility and Operations teams to maximize successful job applications.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Required Skills
✔ Excellent internet research skills.
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Good written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to learn new tools and recruitment platforms quickly.
✔ Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and company career portals.
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills.
✔ Good customer service and follow-up abilities.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace.
