🚨 Hiring Alert: Immediate Joiners Only | Application Architect (Web & Mobile)
We are looking for a dynamic Application Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable web and mobile applications. If you have a strong blend of architecture, hands-on coding, and leadership experience — this role is for you.
📌 Role: Application Architect (Web & Mobile)
⏳ Experience: 8–12+ Years (3–5 Years in Architecture/Tech Leadership)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership
- Define, standardize, and evolve application architecture patterns across web and mobile platforms
- Drive adoption of modular design systems and reusable component libraries
- Establish and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Ensure consistent and scalable user experience (UX) across products
Hands-On Development
- Contribute to critical features and support teams in resolving technical challenges
- Lead initiatives on performance optimization, accessibility, and application security
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
Collaboration & Mentorship
- Partner with platform architects, UX/UI teams, and product managers to align with overall strategy
- Mentor frontend and mobile developers and elevate engineering quality
- Drive cross-product initiatives around shared design systems and components
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in modern web frameworks (Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Experience with MEAN stack (Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Angular) is a plus
- Strong experience building mobile applications (Flutter preferred)
- Proven track record in design systems and reusable component governance
- Exposure to 3D visualization technologies (WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with state management, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and build tools
- Experience with API integration and backend communication
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
💼 Experience
- 8–12+ years in application development (web & mobile)
- 3–5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
- Experience working across multiple products and enterprise environments
