We are looking for a dynamic Application Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable web and mobile applications. If you have a strong blend of architecture, hands-on coding, and leadership experience — this role is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership

• Define, standardize, and evolve application architecture patterns across web and mobile platforms
• Drive adoption of modular design systems and reusable component libraries
• Establish and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Ensure consistent and scalable user experience (UX) across products

Hands-On Development

• Contribute to critical features and support teams in resolving technical challenges
• Lead initiatives on performance optimization, accessibility, and application security
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner with platform architects, UX/UI teams, and product managers to align with overall strategy
• Mentor frontend and mobile developers and elevate engineering quality
• Drive cross-product initiatives around shared design systems and components

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in modern web frameworks (Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Experience with MEAN stack (Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Angular) is a plus
• Strong experience building mobile applications (Flutter preferred)
• Proven track record in design systems and reusable component governance
• Exposure to 3D visualization technologies (WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices
• Hands-on experience with state management, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and build tools
• Experience with API integration and backend communication
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

💼 Experience

• 8–12+ years in application development (web & mobile)
• 3–5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Experience working across multiple products and enterprise environments
