What you need:
- 13+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3–5 years in an Application Architect or comparable senior technical role, working on complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong background in React or Angular, with hands-on experience in frontend application design, development, and architecture.
- Solid hands-on experience with .NET, C#, .NET Core/6+, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework, along with designing applications using modern architectural approaches.
- Practical experience working with GCP or other major cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including application deployment and cloud-based solution design.
- Strong understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless, N-tier architecture, RESTful APIs, API Gateways, and secure API development.
- Good knowledge of data modelling, relational and NoSQL databases, DevOps and CI/CD practices, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
What you would do:
- Own the application architecture and solution design, building scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing enterprise applications while establishing technical standards and engineering practices.
- Convert business needs and user stories into clear technical designs, architecture diagrams, and delivery approaches for development teams.
- Assess different technologies, frameworks, and cloud capabilities, recommending the right solutions with a strong focus on GCP and cloud-native application development.
- Act as a technical mentor for engineering teams, providing direction on architecture, coding practices, design decisions, and code quality.
- Define integration approaches across APIs, microservices, third-party systems, and legacy applications, while ensuring solutions can meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security expectations.
- Shape technical roadmaps and innovation initiatives, identify and manage technical risks, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams while contributing hands-on to .NET/C# development when required.
