Mobile Application Developer: Career-Track Program

Kandhugule Consultancy Services (KCS) is a product-centric startup engineering high-impact ecosystems. From Let’s Catch Up (Education ERP/LMS) to SuShRth (Wellness Engagement), we build tools that solve real-world problems. We are currently expanding our founding team through a strategic Career-Track Program for ambitious technologists who want to own the full lifecycle of a product.
The Two-Phase Career Path
This is a residency designed to produce well-rounded engineers, not just coders.
- Phase 1 (Operational Immersion - 90 Days): You will be integrated into our regional clusters in the Greater Hyderabad area. You will gain first-hand insight into how schools and users interact with our technology.
- Phase 2 (Engineering Transition): Following a successful performance review, you will transition into the core engineering team, applying your field insights to build, scale, and optimize our production stack.
Specialized Engineering Tracks
We are seeking associates for the following technical domains:
- Full Stack Engineering: MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Mobile Development: Android and iOS (Native or Hybrid).
- AI/ML Engineering: NLP-based content moderation and automation.
- DevOps: AWS/Azure cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: B.Tech/B.E. in CS, IT, or related technical disciplines.
- Skills: You must have a basic functional understanding of your chosen track. We are looking for "Day 1" logic, not just a degree.
- Commitment: High-energy, proactive problem-solvers seeking long-term career growth.
- Compensation & TermsOnboarding Phase: 3-month Evaluation Residency (Unpaid).
- Expense Coverage: 100% reimbursement for all business-related travel and operational costs.
- FTE Conversion: Upon completion of the residency and meeting performance benchmarks, candidates transition to Full-Time Employment with a junior-level salary and growth roadmap.
