</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.</li>
<li>Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.</li>
<li>Participate in care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.</li>
<li>Assist with training and mentoring new staff members as needed.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Valid Certified Medical Technician (CMT) license in the state of Missouri.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare is a plus.</li>
