Roles & Responsibility -
Conduct engaging training sessions on Apple products and application.
Demonstrate key features, latest updates, and best practice.
Deliver one-on-one coaching and group workshop.
Support retail sales teams by effectively communicating product benefits.
Desired Experience -
4-5 Years of Experience Training to large group of team in IT or Mobility.
Desired Qualification -
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven training/teaching capability.
Customer-centric approach.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technology updates.
