About the role

As a Senior Program Manager, WorldWide Logistics Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic business process improvements across Apple's global logistics operations. This role will oversee large-scale initiatives to drive efficiency, automation, and digitization of core logistics processes, with the goal of optimizing performance, reducing costs, and enhancing the customer experience. Key responsibilities include: 1) Assess current state of logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement 2) Design and execute transformational BPR projects, spanning people, process, and technology 3) Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, operations, IT, and other key stakeholders to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives 4) Develop comprehensive program plans, manage project timelines and budgets, and drive accountability across the project team 5) Communicate progress and results to executive leadership and drive organizational change management Required Qualifications: 1) 10+ years of experience in business process engineering, operations management, or supply chain transformation 2) Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution 3) Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, and other process improvement methodologies 4) Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously 5) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills 6) Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
