Recruiting Manager India (Retail Stores)

As Recruiting Manager you are responsible for the recruiting strategy dedicated to the hiring of Apple's Stores in India. Your role works skilfully in a unique blend of expertise, leadership, and accountability. You are the face of Recruiting to the senior leaders in your Markets; a key strategist and leader, who frames the recruiting vision and then guides all recruiting efforts across multiple partners towards successful outcomes. You are also the voice of the Stores in your Market, and you ensure representation of their requirements in current and future strategies. You lead the strategy and execution for Leadership hiring in your markets, Internal and External, while partnering with non-leadership Recruiters dedicated to the same markets on their strategy and execution. You may also guide Recruiting Marketing and Programs, Mobility, and Employee Relations experts on priorities and focus areas for the Stores. In this player/coach capacity you are a critical conduit in the community of experts dedicated to a market of Stores, and also the key communicator on their behalf to the market Directors and People Business Partners
