About the role

Geniuses are the problem-solvers and teachers of Apple Retail. They're the people who can turn a customer's confusion into a joyful eureka moment. As an Apple Genius, you'll be the first person a customer sees when they have a technical issue. You'll need to be an expert in all things Apple, able to diagnose and solve a wide range of technical issues, from a frozen screen to a broken power button. You'll also need to be a great communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts in a way that a non-expert can understand. And you'll need to be a natural teacher, able to show customers how to get the most out of their Apple products.
