About the role

The Digital Business Development Manager will be working as part of a core cross functional team, helping define the future of how customers learn about and purchase Apple products via our channel partners. Help shape ground-breaking and customer-centric experiences that take into account global industry trends, consumer behaviour, and Apple core values. Become the "Digital trusted advisor" and go-to person for marketing, sales finance and sales teams in MEA Develop a deep understanding of industry trends as well as competitive threats and opportunities relevant for business performance Maximise the performance of digital channel business across defined MEA accounts. Manage customer workshops to inspire best in class Digital CX practices, scope out potential, and create strategic alignment on execution. Ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders have buy-in and are part of the process. In close collaboration with our central teams, develop the digital playbook across MEA pure player and omnichannel defined accounts, and regularly report on progress to executive leaders. Provide executives with business reporting and insights on a regular cadence and ad-hoc Test and optimise ideas, form hypotheses to analysis - synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and business cases to help implement change. Build a library of digital best practices in MEA to enable knowledge sharing across the wider organisation
