About the role
The Consumer Sales Lead, Japan will be responsible for leading the consumer sales strategy and execution for Apple's consumer products in Japan. This role will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy and execution for Apple's consumer products in Japan. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute the consumer sales strategy for Japan, including channel coverage, channel marketing, sales enablement, and sales optimization - Manage the consumer sales team to drive growth and excellence in consumer sales performance - Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to define the go-to-market strategy and ensure flawless execution - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform the sales strategy - Represent the voice of the consumer sales team to drive decision-making and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives - Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to drive consumer sales - Develop and execute sales incentive programs to motivate the sales team and drive desired sales outcomes - Provide leadership and mentorship to the consumer sales team to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture
