About the role

The People & Talent Manager will work closely with the People Operations team to help support our growing global organization. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. What You'll Do Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for positions, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting offers. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating orientation, training, and necessary paperwork. Handle offboarding processes when employees leave the company. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Employee Engagement: Provide valuable input to stakeholders on employee pulse, any grievance, retention strategies to minimize attrition while driving Organizational values, policies, and culture. Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations. Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and consistent with company-wide HR policies. Payroll : Support employees with payroll questions, be liaison with third party processing provider to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing. Benefits: Research and recommend benefit program, including health insurance, leave policies and other company-provided perks. Other duties as assigned.
