Job Role : Appian Lead cum Architect – 8+ Years

Location : Pune/ Jaipur

Job Type : Contract 2 hire

Role Summary

• Own end-to-end Appian solution architecture across projects
• Design scalable, reusable, and high-performance systems
• Provide strategic technical leadership and architectural direction

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Appian solutions for complex business requirements
• Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Design reusable frameworks, components, and cross-domain solutions
• Lead integration architecture (REST/SOAP, sync & async APIs, plugins)
• Architect efficient data models (CDTs, Records, Data Fabric, Datastores)
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability
• Analyze logs and optimize performance, bottlenecks, and high-volume processing
• Manage transaction handling and data consistency
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical mentorship
• Drive enterprise-level solution strategy and stakeholder alignment

Required Skills

• 9+ years IT experience with strong Appian expertise
• Deep knowledge of Appian architecture, Data Fabric, Records, Datastores, and Optimization
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (sync/async APIs, messaging systems)
• Experience building reusable frameworks and enterprise solutions
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms for optimized solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Appian Certification – L3 Mandatory
• Experience with AWS / Azure
• Exposure to enterprise architecture and digital transformation
