Description
- Computer science or math graduate or equivalent practitioner with excellent IT skills
- 2-8 years of experience
- Working experience with a GIT repository, hands-on experience with SQL
- Appian software development experience.
- Experience in BPM (Appian, JBoss BPMS, Activiti, Oracle or IBM BPM, Pega, etc.).
- Using one or more Appian add-on tools, such as Expression Unit Tests, Deployment Automation Manager, FitNesse test creation, SAIL UI and Smart Services.
- Appian 7.x/20.x version design, implementation and ability to translate software requirements specifications into Appian applications and prototype.
- Knowledge of Appian software design, web development and design languages.
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong desire to learn customer business processes.
- Very good knowledge in written and spoken English.
- Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment in hybrid teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options.
