5+ years in Appian Development
Candidates from:
B.Tech / BE / MCA / B.Sc / M.Sc or related backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications (process models, UIs, integrations, reports, and SAIL interfaces).
Configure and optimize process models, services, integrations (REST/SOAP), and document management in Appian.
Work on Appian RPA, interfaces, data stores, and plug‑ins based on project needs.
Analyze business requirements and implement enhancements, fixes, and automation through Appian.
Support UAT, production deployment, and post‑go‑live issue resolution for Appian‑based workflows.
Collaborate with functional (business) teams, Appian architects, and other technical teams for end‑to‑end delivery.
Must‑Have Skills:-
Strong hands‑on experience with Appian BPM / Appian Low‑Code Platform (designer, administration, deployment).
Practical experience in process modeling, UI/SAIL design, integrations (REST/SOAP), and data administration in Appian.
Good understanding of low‑code development, BPM concepts, and workflow automation principles.
Familiarity with SQL, basic debugging, and troubleshooting Appian applications (logs, errors, performance issues).
Basic understanding of Java, web services, or scripting (optional but preferred).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
