You Will Be Responsible For

• Providing high-level administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks
• Managing income review schedules
• Managing team member tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Desktime, HubSpot, Trello, Asana, and Coda, etc)
• Creating documentation and processes
• Handling confidential employer and client information
• Developing cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practices
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  
  

Job requirements

The Right Person For This Role

• Has at least 2 years experience as an assistant or any role that requires strong planning and management skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in different online platforms (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Canva, Gmail, Calendar, HubSpot, Trello, Asana, and Coda)
• Must be organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• Acts with discretion and utmost confidentiality
• Strong understanding of industry market and conditions
• Working knowledge of technical software that is specific to the industry
• High regard for quality assurance
• Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed
• Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
