About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager for AI Solutions to execute strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI). This role requires a dynamic manager with expertise financial management, contract management, project management and client relations. You will work closely with client and internal teams and will be responsible for optimizing portfolio performance, overseeing contract and financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Project & Portfolio Management (PMO Leadership) - Oversee governance, portfolio tracking and resource allocation for AI-related client projects. - Establish and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent execution. - Develop and monitor KPIs to track project health, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. - Lead proactive and reactive project assurance, assessing risks, challenges, and optimizing execution strategies. - Drive cross-functional collaboration with delivery, client services, and contributor experience teams. Client Account & Financial Management - Oversee invoicing, purchase orders, and billing accuracy, ensuring financial alignment with client budgets. - Establish governance standards for cost management, compliance, and financial reporting on AI-driven initiatives. - Support contract negotiations, renewals, pricing discussions, and change management for AI projects. - Manage investments in AI technologies, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes. Skills & Qualifications - Proven leadership in PMO management and client account management - Excellent communication and client engagement abilities, with a track record of driving strategic partnerships. - Strong analytical skills to extract deep insights from extensive data - Strong background in financial oversight, contract review and investment strategy - Strong project management and risk mitigation skills - Experience in project change management, governance, and process improvement. - Promote knowledge sharing, training, and up skilling.
