Job Overview:
Poetrique is looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Apparel Quality Control Manager professional
to oversee product quality and ensure adherence to industry standards across our athleisure
collections. This is a full time on site role based in Bengaluru, responsible and managing and ensuring high quality standards across all our apparel production and development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee QC operations at the factories, including the inspections of raw materials, in-process /
in-line production and finished goods.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing partners' QC and production on in-line production quality
control, assisting first production qualification, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and address quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-
conforming materials.
• Prepare and submit reports on quality control activities, including inspection results, audits, and
non-conformance reports
• Ensure factories comply with company standards and good documentation practices by providing
accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation.
Qualifications:
• 10-15 years of proven experience in quality control and knowledge of production processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Garment Technology, or related field with Pattern knowledge.
• You have a strong portfolio quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices and attention
to-detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis as applied in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
different partners
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and Ability to interpret design requirement
and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ability to work well in a small team and spearhead QA Lead role. Previous experience in same role
is must.
• Worked for International or Indian retail Brand Offices handling Manufacturing partners across
India, Bangladesh, China, Sri Lanka etc.
• Passion for creating unique and high-quality clothing, designs and fabrics
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
