Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Apparel MIS Executive role based in Jaipur. The role involves managing and maintaining the Management Information Systems (MIS) to support operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include creating and analyzing MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, supporting data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with teams to improve processes. The role also involves utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights, as well as facilitating clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Experience in generating, maintaining, and analyzing MIS reports
- Excellent Communication Skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, databases, and ERP software
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Prior experience in the apparel or e-commerce industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage daily data related to production, inventory, and orders
- Prepare MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Track and update stock levels, raw materials, and finished goods
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and warehouse teams for accurate data flow
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in internal systems / Excel sheets
- Generate reports for management to support decision-making
- Monitor order status, dispatch details, and production progress
- Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and resolve them proactively
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all textile/apparel operations
- Assist in process improvement by analyzing data trends
