About the RoleSona Signature is hiring an experienced Merchandiser to manage orders from sampling to final delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a link between clients, production and sourcing teams
- Manage order execution from development to dispatch
- Oversee sampling, approvals and bulk production follow-ups
- Track timelines, quality checks and production status
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and brand standards
- Resolve production or delivery issues proactively
Requirements- Strong experience in garment merchandising (uniforms preferred)
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and production cycles
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
