Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Apparel Merchandiser role located at our office in Noida, India. The Apparel Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, from product development to delivery. This includes ensuring alignment with design and sourcing requirements, overseeing timelines, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires working closely with designers, craftsmen, and suppliers to manage sampling, inventory, and production while addressing any client needs and preferences. Effective communication with both local and global partners is critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring collaboration across diverse teams and effective client relationship management
- Experience in Sales and Retail industry, with a focus on understanding market demands and customer preferences
- Proven expertise in Marketing, particularly in crafting strategies tailored to the fashion and sourcing industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and oversee projects effectively
- Ability to work closely with design teams, manufacturers, and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Passion for fashion, sourcing, and the ability to adapt swiftly to evolving industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the apparel or design industry is an advantage
