Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Apparel Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The role requires a 2-year commitment bond. Responsibilities include managing product development, coordinating with the design team and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and monitoring production schedules. The Apparel Merchandiser will also be responsible for inventory management, market research, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of product development, production planning, and inventory management.
- Experience in vendor management, supplier coordination, and maintaining quality standards.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in market research and trend analysis to understand customer demands.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in software/tools related to merchandising and apparel production processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and commit to a 2-year bond is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
