Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Apparel Designer or Fashion Designer Intern at Coitonic Outfits. The intern will assist in designing innovative workout apparel, selecting textiles and trims, reviewing product fittings, and supporting the overall development of new collections. Responsibilities will include research, sketching, prototyping, and collaborating with the production team to ensure designs meet Coitonic's high standards of quality, functionality, and style.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fashion Design and knowledge of contemporary trends and styles
- Understanding of Textile and fabric selection
- Experience with Trims and Fitting to ensure high-quality designs and comfort
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop or equivalent is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing new apparel collections in line with brand aesthetics
- Research latest fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market insights
- Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts for new styles
- Support in fabric selection, trims, and sourcing materials
- Work closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality
- Assist in sample development, fittings, and making necessary design adjustments
- Help in maintaining design documentation and tech packs
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams for styling and shoot requirements
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and target audience preferences
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis
