We’re building a new-age streetwear brand for a client from the ground up, rooted in culture, individuality, and bold expression. This is not fast fashion. This is about creating pieces people identify with.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for designers with a strong sense of style, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of the streetwear space. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing collections that are trend-forward, wearable, and commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and design streetwear collections (T-shirts, hoodies, oversized fits, etc.)
• Develop original graphics, prints, and visual concepts aligned with brand identity
• Stay updated with global streetwear trends, drops, and culture movements
• Work closely with production teams on fabric selection, fits, and finishes
• Understand and guide garment construction, stitching techniques, and print applications
• Create tech packs and design specifications for sampling and production
• Participate in moodboarding, concept building, and seasonal drops
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong sense of aesthetics and trend awareness (streetwear, youth culture, global fashion)
• Knowledge of fabrics, materials, garment construction, and printing techniques
• Understanding of fits (oversized, boxy, cropped, etc.) and silhouettes
• Ability to translate ideas into production-ready designs
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Someone who follows brands like Supreme, Off-White, Corteiz, Essentials, etc.
Bonus (But Valuable)
• Experience in a fashion/streetwear brand or an independent label
• Understanding of drops, limited collections, and hype culture
• Exposure to sampling and vendor coordination
• Interest in storytelling through clothing
