App UI/UX & Growth Designer
We need a unicorn designer who can seamlessly transition from designing a pixel-perfect app interface to creating high-converting video assets for our marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do:
✨ App UI/UX Design: 🔹 Design end-to-end UI/UX for our mobile applications (Android/iOS). 🔹 Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. 🔹 Apply modern design systems (Material Design 3 / Human Interface Guidelines) and collaborate closely with developers.
📈 Performance Ad Creatives: 🔹 Design high-converting static images and graphics for Google Ads (Display, App campaigns) and social platforms. 🔹 Edit and animate engaging, short-form video ads that grab attention in the first 3 seconds. 🔹 A/B test creatives and iterate based on performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates).
What we are looking for: ✔️ A strong portfolio showcasing BOTH mobile app UI/UX designs and digital ad creatives (images & video/showreel). ✔️ Proficiency in Figma (for UI/UX) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects for ads). ✔️ Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, user behavior, and performance marketing hooks. ✔️ Ability to own the visual identity across the product and marketing channels.
