Role Overview
123Greetings has launched the Pro version of its mobile app and is looking for a Revenue & Sales Executive to drive direct revenue through Pro version sales and maximize app distribution through revenue-led channels.
This is a commercial, target-driven role. The focus is on:
* Selling subscriptions (Pro version)
* Driving installs through revenue partnerships and channels
* Maximizing ROI and revenue efficiency
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation (Primary Responsibility)
Drive sales of the Pro version of the app through direct and indirect channels
Identify and execute revenue-generating opportunities (B2C & B2B where applicable)
Work on pricing, offers, and bundling strategies to increase paid conversions
2. App Distribution Through Revenue Channels
Ensure the app reaches a wider audience via:
* Partnerships
* Affiliate channels
* Campaign tie-ups
* Distribution deals
* Focus on install volume with revenue intent (not vanity installs)
3. Financial & Revenue Optimization
Track and optimize:
* Revenue per user
* Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
* Return on investment (ROI)
* Continuously improve unit economics of app sales
4. Sales Funnel Ownership
Own the full funnel:
Lead generation → Install → Conversion to Pro
Identify revenue leakages and plug them with actionable strategies
5. Reporting & Insights
Maintain daily/weekly reports on:
* Sales numbers
* Revenue trends
* Channel performance
* Provide actionable insights to improve sales efficiency and profitability
* Key Metrics Owned
* Pro version sales (primary KPI)
* Revenue generated
* Cost per acquisition (CPA)
* Revenue per install
* Conversion rate to paid users
Requirements
1.Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development or revenue growth roles
2.Core Skills Required
Strong understanding of:
* Revenue models
* Unit economics
* Pricing strategies
* Sales-oriented mindset with focus on closing and revenue generation
* Analytical thinking with ability to interpret financial data
* Strong ownership and execution ability
4.Preferred Traits
