Experience: 5–7 Years
Who we’re looking for:
A performance-driven growth professional who has scaled a mobile app to 10M+ downloads and understands the full growth funnel—from acquisition to monetisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive app growth strategy across acquisition, retention & revenue
• Manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Apple Ads)
• Optimize app store presence (ASO, creatives, ratings)
• Build retention journeys (Push, Email, In-App, SMS)
• Improve monetisation (subscriptions, pricing, in-app purchases)
• Track and optimise key metrics (DAU, MAU, LTV, CAC, ROAS)
• Run A/B tests and analyse user behaviour & funnels
• Collaborate with product, design & marketing teams
Must-Have:
• Scaled an app to 10M+ downloads
• Hands-on with paid UA budgets (₹5Cr+)
• Strong analytics skills (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Experience in improving LTV / ARPU
• Leadership or team-handling experience
Bonus Skills:
ASO tools, CRM tools (CleverTap, MoEngage), attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
