● GreedyGame operates a fast-growing reward-earning platform designed to help users earn cash rewards through task completion, referrals, partner campaigns, app engagement activities, and interactive in-app experiences. The platform operates at scale with a rapidly growing user base across India and multiple global markets including the USA, Indonesia, Philippines, UAE, and Brazil. ● With over 30M+ downloads and strong daily engagement, GreedyGame runs multiple reward-earning apps focused on building a highly engaging, gamified rewards ecosystem that drives user acquisition, retention, and monetization. The platform combines performance marketing, rewards-based engagement, and scalable consumer experiences to create meaningful daily user participation and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who has actually scaled consumer apps in the real world, not just run campaigns, but meaningfully grown installs, improved retention, and pushed revenue numbers. This role focuses on driving app growth through end-to-end ownership of the marketing function, with emphasis on scaling user acquisition across paid and organic channels and improving user retention. The scope also includes partnering closely with Product teams to enhance user experience, optimize engagement funnels, and execute data-driven growth initiatives at scale.
● Own end-to-end growth and marketing across paid, organic, influencer, and performance channels to drive user acquisition and app growth
● Keep a close eye on CAC, ROAS, and scale what works, kill what doesn’t, fast
● Own the user journey from install to first meaningful action; figure out where users drop and fix it
● Improve retention through push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and re-engagement campaigns
● Constantly test: creatives, targeting, landing pages, onboarding flows - whatever moves the needle
● Work with product and design to turn growth ideas into shipped experiments ● Track the numbers daily - CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and actually act on them, not just report them.
What we’re looking for
● 3+ years experience in scaling B2C apps is a must.
● Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Mintegral, Tiktok (you’ve actually run them, not just seen dashboards)
● Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, and unit economics
● Comfortable digging into tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel (or similar)
● You make decisions using data, not opinions

● You’ve built or contributed to referral loops or viral growth
● You think about creatives and messaging, not just targeting
● You understand how product and growth work together
