About the Role
123Greetings is looking for a Product Analyst to support the development and improvement of its mobile application. This role involves feature planning, requirement documentation, app flow understanding, coordination during development cycles, testing support, and ensuring smooth execution of app-related initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile applications, product workflows, feature structures, and user experience principles.
Key Responsibilities
1.Product & Feature Development
- Assist in planning and executing new app features and enhancements.
- Create product requirement documents (PRDs), feature briefs, and user flow documentation.
- Define app functionality, feature behavior, and user experience improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, feature discussions, and release coordination.
- Maintain clarity and consistency across app features and workflows.
2.App Experience & Optimization
- Review app usability and identify areas for improvement.
- Suggest enhancements to onboarding flows, navigation, engagement features, and overall app experience.
- Ensure consistency in app design, functionality, and interaction patterns.
- Contribute ideas to improve user experience and app engagement.
3.Project Coordination & Execution
- Track feature progress, project timelines, and release schedules.
- Ensure requirements are properly documented and implemented.
- Follow up on app updates, feature modifications, and issue tracking.
- Support app release planning and version management.
4.Testing & Quality Support
- Perform feature validation and app testing before releases.
- Identify bugs, UI inconsistencies, and functionality issues.
- Track issue resolution and ensure smooth feature performance.
- Help maintain app stability and usability across devices.
5.Research & Product Understanding
- Study competitor apps and industry trends for feature inspiration.
- Stay updated on mobile app best practices, UI/UX trends, and engagement patterns.
- Recommend improvements based on product observations and user experience insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of mobile applications and product workflows.
- Experience working on app or digital product development.
- Ability to create clear documentation and structured feature requirements.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user journeys.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer-facing apps or content platforms.
- Basic understanding of app testing and QA processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of app release cycles and app store processes.
- Interest in digital content, celebrations, lifestyle, or engagement-driven platforms.
