About the TeamThe Enterprise business unit at Apna is responsible for driving revenue, sales, and customer retention. It is composed of three sub-units - Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, which includes Customer Success Management. While the sales team is focused on new customer acquisition, the Customer Success team is responsible for driving value for our existing customers and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.The RoleAs a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and delighting our enterprise customers. This involves understanding their goals and challenges, providing strategic and tactical support, and driving measurable business impact. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive long-term growth. Responsibilities:- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders- Understand and document customer goals, challenges, and strategic initiatives- Define and execute on a customer success plan to drive measurable business outcomes- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure flawless customer onboarding and ongoing support- Proactively identify growth and expansion opportunities within the customer base- Provide regular reporting on customer health, engagement, and satisfaction metrics- Escalate any issues or blockers that impact customer experience or success- Foster a customer-centric culture and mentality across the organization Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively- Passion for building long-term relationships and driving customer success- Understanding of the challenges and pain points faced by enterprises, and the ability to provide strategic solutions- Proficiency in using CRM and other customer success tools and platforms- Willingness to travel as per business needs Why join Apna?Apna is India's largest professional networking and jobs platform, used by over 35 million+ professionals across 2,500+ cities.
