Visit ITIs, colleges, and community centers to conduct awareness sessions and mobilize students. Build strong relationships with principals, training officers, and student leaders. Identify eligible candidates for various job roles and training programs. Counseling & Screening: Guide students on career opportunities, skill gaps, and job roles available. Conduct initial screening and registration of candidates. Coordination: Coordinate with the operations team to schedule industry visits, job drives, and training. Ensure candidate participation and documentation is complete and accurate. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of mobilized students and provide regular updates to supervisors. Follow up with candidates post-placement to monitor retention and feedback. Community Engagement: Work with local NGOs, community leaders, and influencers to widen reach. Organize small events and local campaigns to build visibility.
