About The Role
We are looking for an API Integration Specialist with 2+ years of experience, preferably from the Salesforce or HubSpot ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, data, and automation — building reliable integrations that power seamless RevOps workflows across tools and platforms.

What You’ll Work On
- Building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs
- Developing Node.js-based integrations and backend services
- Integrating platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other third-party tools
- Working with databases and cloud platforms such as GCP and Firebase
- Solving real-world integration, automation, and backend challenges
- Supporting scalable RevOps workflows across multiple systems and platforms
Key Responsibilities
- API Integrations & Backend DevelopmentBuild, test, and maintain API integrations between CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and third-party tools Develop backend services and integration workflows using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript Configure and manage data syncs, workflows, and automations across systems Troubleshoot API errors, sync failures, and data inconsistencies Work with webhooks, authentication methods, and middleware integrations
- CRM & Data OperationsCollaborate with internal teams to understand integration requirements and data flows Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across connected systems Support schema mapping, field-level documentation, and version control Maintain scalable and reliable data exchange processes
- Testing, Documentation & MaintenanceCreate and maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows Perform QA testing before deployment and during ongoing enhancements Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues Participate in debugging and optimization of existing integrations
- Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with RevOps, Implementation, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions Support client-facing teams with integration insights and technical guidance Contribute to process improvements and best practices across projects
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot APIs
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data structures
- Experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms such as GCP and Firebase
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Detail-oriented with a process-first mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tool environments
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
