Business Analyst (IT & Scrum)

Advise on viability, feasibility, and impact of policy/business changes on the product. Analyze, and document business and information needs which can be supported by the proposed product as user stories. Translate business requirements into user journeys and technical requirements, developing prototypes using visual mock-ups, wireframe. Works with Product Teams to resolve issues and ensure defects are rectified according to requirements specifications timely. Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size,user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problem statement. Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics. Analyze results post-release to identify areas of improvement, impact of requested changes, assess reasonableness of requirements.
