IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT support staff who s passionate about hardware and software troubleshooting.The ideal candidate will assist in resolving technical issues related to windows OS, office 365 and other common software as well as basic network and firewall support. Candidate may get relocated to UAE depending on his performance after 3 months . Key Responsibilities: Provide first line support to end users on IT related Issues viaPhone, email or in person. Troubleshoot hardware issues including desktop, laptops printers and peripherals . Install Configure and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft office 365 Applciations. Provide support for other commonly used software like browsers, antivirus PDF tools etc. Assist in setting up maintaining and troubleshooting network connections (LAN, WAN, and wifi) Basic configuration and troubleshooting o routers switches and firewalls. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Maintain Inventory of IT Assets and ensure timely updates and patching. Document support requests and resolutions using ticketing tools or logs. Work closely with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
