Hiring 5 𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐂 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐁𝐏𝐎 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠) with experience of working & closing 𝐁𝐏𝐎 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 for the 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭.

🔎 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 :
• Strong Experience in hiring for BPO Language Hirings.
• 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝟔 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐏𝐎 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 in 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭
• Strong exposure to the Malaysian hiring market & proven closures in Language hiring (BPO
Language Roles)
• Ability to manage & deliver on volume hiring requirements within the tight deadlines
• Must have an active database of candidates who are authorized to work in Malaysia
• Well versed in sourcing & closing language-oriented requirements like
Mandarin/Cantonese/Vietnamese/Thai/Japanese/Korean/Other Languages
• Able to source candidates from Malaysia OR other APAC Countries such as China, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam etc.
Requirements:
- Should have Excellent candidate management, negotiation & handling skills.
- Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills with a goal-oriented approach.
- Good experience in handling bulk hiring/bulk drives.
- Delivering right candidate with required skill-set within the given time frame.
- Experience of working in a Fast-paced environment
- End to end recruitment. Vendor/Client Management
- Well versed in Data Management & good Knowledge of ATS (Application Tracking System) like Bullhorn.
- Good knowledge of Market Mapping & good hands-on sourcing through Portals (Foundit, Jobstreet, Indeed etc)
- Knowledge of working on various Social Networking Sites & LinkedIn RPS/Premium as well.
- Experience of working in a Fast-paced environment.
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
