Role: APAC IT Recruiter
Work Mode: Remote
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home)
Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across the APAC region
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Handle stakeholder communication and requirement understanding
Requirements:- Prior experience in IT recruitment (APAC hiring preferred)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
