12 Month Fixed Term Internship Contract

Work hours: 08h00-17h00 Monday to Friday

Moodle is the world’s most widely used online learning platform, powering online courses for universities, companies, and non-profits around the globe.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy person to join our Durbanville office in a salaried, entry-level position with structured training. You don’t need Moodle experience — just a willingness to learn, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

RequirementsWhat You’ll Do

  • Respond to and resolve client support queries
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate where needed
  • Perform user, course, and site administration tasks
  • Assist with plugin installations and basic site configuration
  • Help with testing system updates and documenting processes

You Should Have

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate (IT-related qualification an advantage, studies completed)
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with online tools
  • Clear and friendly communication skills
  • Interest in IT, websites, or online learning
  • Ability to work in our Durbanville office daily
