What the day will look like: Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager for New Business, the Junior Digital Product Manager will focus on the execution and ongoing enhancements of digital application experiences that support various business units. You will help roll out and support end‑to‑end digital applications that empower direct customers and brokers to easily quote and purchase specialty insurance products. In this role, you will: Coordinate the day‑to‑day execution of multiple application builds and enhancements across various business units Partner closely with the Senior Digital Product Manager along with developers, business unit stakeholders, and shared services to ensure requirements are clear, documented, and delivered as expected Support testing, issue triage, and defect resolution to help drive high‑quality launches and iterations Maintain up‑to‑date product and process documentation (requirements, user stories, content mapping) so teams have a clear source of truth Gather input from internal stakeholders to refine features and advise future enhancements Help measure performance of digital applications and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This team uses Agile, lean start‑up methodology, and other innovation best practices to anchor solution development in user needs and accelerate speed‑to‑learning and successful launch. Skills and experience that will lead to success: 2–4 years of experience in digital product management or a closely related role (e.g., digital project coordination, business analysis, product operations, or digital marketing) involving websites and/or mobile applications Insurance experience is preferred Proven track record to stay organized and handle multiple tasks, collaborators, and timelines simultaneously Experience working with cross‑functional teams (e.g., business collaborators, subject matter experts, product managers, business analysts, UX designers, developers, IT architects, analytics and marketing teams, and/or external technology partners) Working within Agile or iterative development environments (supporting user stories, sprints, and release planning) Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail in capturing requirements, decisions, and changes Passion for advocating for end‑users and contributing to the “voice of the user” in product decisions Clear and proactive communication skills; able to summarize progress, risks, and next steps for both technical and non‑technical audiences Resourcefulness and problem‑solving skills to help remove blockers and keep workstreams moving forward Flexibility and ability to embrace change and excel in a fast‑paced environment Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in digital product management or digital marketing will also be considered How we support our colleagues: In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
