Job Dimensions (role And Responsibilities)

• Support execution of geographic-specific growth plans for Property & Construction
• Develop and co-lead to win new large accounts
• Collaborate with the Sales, Specialty and Servicing leaders/teams to advance client satisfaction, retention, expansion and profitability objectives
• Expand business with existing clients and ensure a high level of client relationship management
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and potential new product and services opportunities
• Implement processes and measures for monitoring and maintaining standards of business conduct consistent with Insurance Brokers’ Code of Business Conduct
