Senior Manager IT Service Delivery

The AO Foundation is a medical device company dedicated to improving the care of patients with musculoskeletal injuries and diseases. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager IT Service Delivery & Operations to join our team in Davos, Switzerland. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of all IT services and infrastructure. - Managing the IT Service Delivery team, including service desk, infrastructure, and application support. - Developing and implementing IT service management processes and procedures. - Providing IT leadership and strategic direction to the organization. - Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to align IT services with business requirements. - Overseeing the IT budget and resource planning. - Driving continuous improvement and innovation in IT service delivery. Requirements: - University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or operations management. - Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and experience in implementing ITSM processes. - Proven ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., German) considered an advantage.
