About the role

Our client is a leading food and beverage company in Oman, looking to hire an IT Digital Transformation Manager based in Muscat, Oman. The IT Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for driving the digital transformation of the organization by leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver enhanced business outcomes. This role ensures alignment between IT infrastructure, systems, services, data management, and information security with both immediate and long-term business requirements. It also involves overseeing digital initiatives, managing platforms, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals. Identify and implement systems solutions to meet business needs. Process Optimization & Automation Conduct business process reengineering and systems requirement analysis. Identify inefficiencies and automate processes using RPA, AI, and cloud platforms. Infrastructure & Systems Management Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user devices. Ensure high availability, security, and scalability. Project & Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams in delivering digital projects on time and within budget. Manage multiple projects using PM/SDLC standards. Application & Data Management Manage business applications and ensure 24x7 support. Lead implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, SAC, Salesforce Automation, and other IT projects. Governance & Compliance Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and audit compliance. Ensure data integrity and governance across systems. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with digital service providers and vendors. Ensure SLAs and project milestones are met. Crisis Management Handle technical crises and ensure rapid recovery and minimal downtime. Training & Development Mentor and train staff, promote knowledge sharing, and support trainee development. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) IT strategic plan execution Project delivery timelines and cost efficiency System uptime (target: 99.995%) Security compliance and zero breaches Customer satisfaction and stakeholder alignment Audit scores and policy compliance Vendor performance and SLA adherence Training programs and knowledge transfer effectiveness
