Retail Risk Systems Analyst

As a Retail Risk Systems Analyst in our Risk Metrics & Measurement team, you will play a key role in Development and change management of credit risk model data using SAS DI and coding. As a Retail Risk Systems Senior Analyst, you will: Provide strong analytical and investigative support to understand and improve credit risk data and related metrics. Work across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to both development and change management initiatives. Use SAS to deliver data analysis and reporting to help stakeholders understand credit risk performance. Identify and address data anomalies, trends, and inconsistencies to improve data quality and business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify and standardize existing and new processes. Deliver performance and process improvements through independent ownership of assigned tasks. Mentor and guide junior team members on both technical and functional aspects. Support the monthly Retail Risk Systems process, ensuring timely and accurate execution and release management. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders including Risk, Finance, Technology, and external vendors. Ensure customer experience is considered in all system and process changes.
