About the role

The primary function of this role is to manage day-to-day Operations for Account and Channel Maintenance – billing services for Australia region and Oversee the Billing & Payable team ensuring agreed SLAs and quality standards are met whilst also implementing a best practice, continuous improvement culture with the customer at the heart of all changes Emphasis is placed on developing a motivated team environment and implementing process improvements to improve customer service and team efficiency.
